CAM Santiago Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Centre is the governing body of the CAM Santiago.
In accordance with article 3 of the Statutes of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Centre (effective as of 17 October 2019) the CAM Santiago Board of Directors is comprised by 15 members, appointed by the Board of Directors of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce A.G. Within the functions of the CAM Santiago Board of Directors are the preparation, maintenance and updating of the lists of domestic arbitrators and mediators, as well as the appointment of these in the cases administered by the CAM Santiago.

The Members of the Board of Directors are arbitrators, but they can only be appointed as such in case they are directly appointed by the parties.
