Daniela Escobar Pizarro

Lawyer and Master in Civil and Criminal Property Law from the Diego Portales University. She also holds an LL.M. in Mediation and Conflict Management from the Complutense University of Madrid.
In 2019 she attended to the Online Program of Intellectual Property in the Knowledge Society of the National Institute of Industrial Property and to the WIPO Summer School of the Academy of the World Intellectual Property Organization in Madrid.
Prior to joining the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center, she worked as a lawyer in the Chilean Public Criminal Defender’s Office and as a mediator in the non-profit organization Barró in Spain, in addition to providing legal advice to artists living in Berlin.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
