CAM Santiago Arbitral Awards
To promote the practical and academic development of institutional arbitration as an adequate method of peaceful resolution of controversies, the CAM Santiago presents to the community a selection of arbitral awards rendered by arbitrators of the Centre from 1994 onwards Some of these awards have been previously published in the CAM Santiago's Arbitral Awarads books (Volume I to VII) and in various editions of the CAM Santiago Newsletter.

The arbitration decisions are available in PDF format and classified according to the name of the arbitrators and according to the subjects analyzed.
