Graduated from the University of Chile School of Law. In 2020, he attended to the first edition of the Latin American International Arbitration Course (LAIAC), organized by the Geneva Center for International Dispute Settlement (CIDS) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA).

Member of the Editing Team and of the Editorial Council of the book Arbitration in the Case Law of the Chilean Superior Domestic Courts between 2002 and 2020.

He is Teaching Assistant and Head of Communications of the Environmental Law Centre at the University of Chile School of Law, where he is also co-editor of Perspectivas CDA.

Prior to joining the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center, Mr. Osses was a Teaching Assistant of the course Reform of the French Law of Obligations and the seminar about The Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (2018-2019). He was also one of the founding coaches of the University of Chile Vis Moot Team (2018-2020).

Mr. Osses was the Executive Coordinator of the II Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Law (New Trends on Environmental Management Tools) in 2018 and he was a member of the University of Chile team for the 8th and 10th edition of the International Moot of Arbitration organized by the University of Buenos Aires and the Rosario University.

He was also the General Coordinator of the IV Civil Law Student Congress and of the Seminar Chile before the International Court of Justice at the University of Chile.

Previously, he provided parallel advice to the CAM Santiago’s Mediation Unit. He is a former Intern of the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Centre.

Mr. Osses is co-author of the article «Singapore Convention on Mediation: not only the climate is changing», which was published in the ICC Panama’s Arbitration Commission Review for the Commemorating the 100th anniversary of the Foundation of the International Chamber of Commerce (2019).
